Looking for PC Build Advice for High-End Gaming and Streaming

I'm building my first PC and have been researching my parts for the past three weeks. I want a setup that can handle high-end gaming while also streaming on TikTok and Twitch, especially since it's getting too cold to be outside with my lightsabers like I usually do. One thing to note is that I'm not changing my case; I'm sticking with the Hyte Y70. I plan to use two or three monitors, but I probably will just go with two. Here's what I have chosen so far for the tower, and I already have the other components settled: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, Corsair iCUE Link Titan 360 liquid cooler, Gigabyte B550 Eagle WiFi6 motherboard, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB RAM, Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB SSD, NVIDIA Founders Edition GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card, and the Hyte Y70 case. Any advice or thoughts on my build?

You're on the right track with the parts you've chosen, but definitely look into that AM5 setup. It's the way to go for high performance these days!

Considering your budget and needs, I definitely recommend going for the AM5 platform. You should check out the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and a B850 motherboard instead of the AM4 setup. It'll give you better performance and keep your build future-proof.

Agreed, that upgrade would really help with gaming and streaming at the same time.

Yeah, I'd love to switch to AM5 too, but it’s been tough finding CPUs for it!

If you can grab a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and the B850, that’s a solid path. The performance you’ll get is worth it and will prevent wasting cash on older tech.

I'd still suggest the AM5 platform, especially given your intended use. You're investing a good amount, so it makes sense to go for the latest technology. The Ryzen 9 would be a powerhouse for streaming.

If anyone spots a Ryzen 9 AM5 in stock, let us know! That would be awesome.

I actually found an AM5 Ryzen 9 9900 last week, so it's possible!
