I recently bought a 128 GB HP pen drive, but it seems to be corrupted. I need help figuring out how to recover my files, as they include important photos and videos. I unplugged the drive after using it, but when I plugged it back in, everything got scrambled. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it?

It sounds like the pen drive might be defective. If it’s brand new, consider returning it to the retailer for a replacement. You shouldn’t have to deal with issues this soon after purchase!
We need more details. There could be several reasons for the corruption like malware, a faulty drive, or even a counterfeit product. How exactly is it behaving when you try to use it? Also, it might be a good idea to run the chkdsk utility on it to try and repair any errors.

I tried using chkdsk, but it says I have no access to the drive.
