I'm currently using a combination of manual methods and spreadsheets to track end of life (EOL) for our hardware and software, but it feels like we're always playing catch-up and missing critical EOL events. I'm looking for advice on more effective ways to manage this in an enterprise setting. What systems or tools do you use, and how do they help you keep track of EOL timelines?

For keeping track of software EOL, I've set up a bot that alerts me 30 days in advance of any upcoming EOL. I use the website endoflife.date to track the information, and it's been super helpful! You might want to check that out.

That sounds great! Do you maintain a static list of apps to track with the endoflife.date API?
