I'm using an AORUS Waterforce X240 all-in-one cooler, and it has a 3-pin male connector. The problem is that my motherboard (B550) has only male connectors, so I'm not sure where to plug this cable in. Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure to check the user manual for your AIO cooler. It typically has detailed information on connections and setup. If you don’t have a physical copy, you can find it online on the manufacturer's website.
I found the manual online for you! It seems that connector is for the aRGB lighting. Just be sure you're connecting it correctly, and you should be good to go! Here's the link: https://www.gigabyte.com/CPU-Cooler/AORUS-WATERFORCE-X-240/support#dl
Before plugging in random cables, make sure to read through your manuals to avoid any mishaps. Just because everything seems to work now doesn't mean that spare connector isn't important. You might want to verify if it’s necessary for optimal performance.
