I'm currently using an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with 32GB of RAM (I believe it's DDR3) and an AMD Radeon RX6700 XT with 12GB of VRAM. I bought Star Wars Outlaws only because I'm a big Star Wars fan, but it looks like I might need a new graphics card. CanYouRunIt says I only need a better GPU, but I'm on a budget of $100 to $200. What do you recommend I get, even if it means buying second-hand? Also, my motherboard is an A520M-Pro. One thing I noticed is that when starting a new game, it can take a long time to compile shaders—up to 45 minutes. Any advice would be appreciated!

You’ve already got an RX6700 XT, which is a decent card and falls within the recommended specs for Outlaws. Your budget might not allow for a better upgrade, so check if you’re really utilizing the 6700 XT. Make sure your display is connected to that card and not the motherboard. Sometimes, it can get confusing with multiple outputs.
Just to confirm, your setup should run the game just fine. Make sure your monitor is indeed connected to the GPU and not the motherboard output. That makes a huge difference!
CanYouRunIt flagged your drivers as outdated? That could be causing a lot of issues. Definitely try updating them before making any hardware changes. Sometimes that's all it takes!
The RX6700 XT is actually recommended for the game! Are you sure you're not able to run it? Double-check the settings and connections just in case.
It was stuck on the main menu for me too, but turns out I was just being impatient waiting for it to load.
If the game says it's on a mechanical HDD but you moved it to an SSD, check your installation. It might be worth reinstalling it on the SSD to improve loading times.

Yeah, definitely check that! It sounds like your card should handle it. Maybe there's a driver issue if it's saying your GPU is insufficient?
