I've ordered all the parts for my first PC build, but unfortunately, the SSD has been delayed until January. I'm eager to get started and want to know if I can still assemble the rest of the components and test them out. Can I boot up the system without the SSD in place, or will I be completely stuck? Here's my part list for reference.

Yes, you can definitely put everything together and boot up to the BIOS without the SSD. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to install Windows or run any software until the SSD arrives.
For sure, you can set everything up and check that all your parts are working. You might also want to see if your motherboard needs a BIOS update—if so, you can often do that through the BIOS menu. Just remember, without a storage drive, you won’t be able to do much beyond that until the SSD comes in.
