I'm looking to finally upgrade my graphics card, moving on from my RTX 2070. I'm torn between the 9060 XT and the 7700 XT, and I'd love some guidance. Here are my current specs: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600, MAG B550 TOMAHAWK, and of course, the RTX 2070. Any recommendations on which card would give me the best performance?

Just got my 9070 XT about two weeks ago and I'm super happy with it. Definitely felt it was worth the investment!
I ended up going for a 7800 XT instead of the 9060 XT, but honestly, if I were to choose between the 9060 XT and the 7700 XT, I'd definitely say go for the 9060 XT. You won't regret it!
The 9070 is definitely the fastest option overall. If you're considering the 9060 XT, it should perform similarly to the 7700 XT, plus it comes with 16GB of VRAM. If the 7700 XT is significantly cheaper, it could be a solid deal too!
When it comes to rasterization performance, the order is 9070 XT > 9070 > 5070 > 5060 Ti 16GB > 9060 XT 16GB. The 9060 XT and the 7700 XT are pretty much on par, but the 9060 XT has that AI upscaling feature which is a nice bonus.
I'd lean towards getting the 9070 XT since GPU prices are pretty good right now, but they're not going to stay that way forever. It’s a great time to splurge a bit!
What's your budget looking like? I think GPU prices are at a decent point, so try to get as much VRAM as you can for the best future-proofing.
