Help with Mixed Content Issues on Office Depot’s Website?

I'm a sys admin at an MSP, and one of our clients is having trouble accessing odpbusiness.com for their supplies. Two users are not able to reach the site, even though a tracert shows successful connection. They just get an Office Depot error with a reference number, so it doesn't seem like a firewall or computer issue on our end. Upon digging deeper, I found that the site has mixed content, pulling some resources via HTTP, which I think Chrome is blocking. I've tried enabling insecure website loading, clearing cookies and cache, and while I can view the page in HTML format temporarily, I get the same error when I try to reload it. I also see some errors in the developer tools (like brand.gif and jawr_loader.js being blocked). I've tried reaching out to Office Depot, but no luck getting help from them. Is there anything I can fix on my end, or is this something their web development team needs to address?

Have you tried accessing the site from other locations or networks? It sounds like it might be an issue specific to those two computers since others are able to load it without any problems. Sometimes browser settings can block mixed content, so ensure those settings are consistent across the devices. Check if the browsers have any extensions that might be interfering as well.

It sounds frustrating! Since you can access it from other places, it suggests a local issue. You might want to check the network settings or even reset the device's network settings on those two computers. Also, verifying the security software settings might help, as they can block certain content types.

If it’s indeed a mixed content issue, you could try accessing the site through a different browser or clearing the cached data of Chrome and any associated cookies again. It's a bummer the Office Depot support isn't helping much. If it still doesn't work after that, gather some of those errors from the console and maybe escalate with their support team, providing them with more context.
