I've been facing a frustrating issue with my new PC since I moved to a different place. It randomly starts malfunctioning: USB devices disconnect, audio cuts out, and the system becomes unresponsive. At times, I can't even do a force shutdown using the power button, and I have to either switch off the power supply unit or unplug it completely.
Here's what I've done to troubleshoot so far:
- Completely wiped and reinstalled Windows 11
- Replaced RAM, motherboard, and CPU
- Debloated Windows using a specialized utility
- Blocked Windows updates
- Checked all peripherals and cables
Despite all this, it's still crashing. My next step is to inspect the power outlet or any potential electrical issues at home. I'm completely out of ideas, and my husband is of no help. This has been really stressful, especially since I rely on this computer for work.

This might sound strange, but have you tried running a power lead from a different room closer to the fuse box? I've seen issues where houses drop current, and if the power supply unit isn’t getting enough volts or amps, it can cause instability. There might even be a short or leak in the wiring, especially if something on the same circuit is drawing power.
It's possible that your debloating efforts didn't help the situation – sometimes, less is more! Also, if the power button isn't responding, I would check if the problem lies with the case, particularly the cables that came with it.
Have you been using proper anti-static precautions while handling the components? It’s important to ensure that you’re not introducing any static electricity which could interfere with the hardware.

Are you referring to managing the cables and using any specific tools? Because yes, I've been trying to be careful, but is there more I should do?
