I'm looking to buy a CPU and have a budget of around €250 to €350. I've been considering the Ryzen 7 9700X as my favorite option so far. Can anyone suggest the best CPUs I should consider within this price range?

Consider what you'll be using it for! What motherboard and power supply do you currently have? Knowing that could help narrow things down.
If you do a lot of work on your PC, the 7900X is a solid choice. If gaming is your main focus, stick with the 7800X3D.
The Ryzen 7 7800X3D is an excellent choice if you're looking for the best performance in that price range; you should be able to find it for €350.
You could save some cash by getting the 7700 and putting the savings toward a better GPU later on.
If you're mostly gaming, I highly recommend the 7800X3D. It's one of the best options for performance.
