What can I do to unlock my iPad if I’ve forgotten the passcode?

I'm having trouble with my iPad because it's locked and I can't remember the passcode. It's been locked for 3 hours now, and I'm worried about losing my artwork as I haven't backed anything up. I've tried to reset my Apple ID passcode through the support site, but I didn't find an option to reset my iPad. Is there any way to unlock it, possibly through Apple support or iCloud?

Unfortunately, the only way to unlock an iPad if you've forgotten the passcode is to reset it using a computer. This process will erase everything on your device. You can find the instructions for that on Apple's support page. It's a hassle, but that's really the only option without the passcode. Sorry to hear you're going through this!

That's right! You need to remember the passcode to unlock the iPad before it gets completely disabled. Unfortunately, there's no 'forgot passcode' feature. Fingers crossed you had iCloud backups enabled without realizing it, or else all your artwork might be lost. Good luck!
