I've recently purchased a new PC running Windows 11, and I've been facing some frustrating black screen errors. They show a message that says, 'Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart,' followed by different error codes each time. The PC restarts itself, and I'm looking for some solutions to resolve this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Random black screens that change frequently usually indicate issues with bad RAM or a driver conflict. A quick fix could be turning off XMP/EXPO settings in the BIOS to see if that helps. If that doesn’t work, try reinstalling your GPU drivers using a tool like DDU for a clean removal. Many users have found these steps effective for similar problems.
If the system's acting up after that install, definitely try rolling it back or even uninstalling it to see if it resolves the issue.
It sounds like an issue related to hardware or driver instability, especially since the stop codes keep changing. First, make sure all your drivers are up to date, focusing on your GPU and chipset. Next, run some memory tests and check the health of your HDD and SSD. Also, use Event Viewer to look for any patterns that could help track down the problem. Finally, ensure your Windows 11 is fully updated. If the crashes keep happening, you might want to disconnect any peripherals you don’t need and consider stress testing individual components to find the source of the issue.
Since it’s a new PC, I only started getting these black screen errors three days ago after the system prompted me to install an INF Update Utility. I’ve been trying to reinstall Windows without losing my settings, but the black screens persist.
It might be worth looking into that INF Update—some users have reported problems after certain driver installations. You could attempt to roll back that update.

I think it began after I installed the Gigabyte Driver installer with that INF Update Utility. Now I'm unsure how to get rid of it.
