Hey everyone, I'm having a really tough time trying to set up a child account for my daughter. I created an account and added her to my family group, making sure to enable online gaming options. However, every time I try to start Minecraft, it still says that her account isn't allowed to play online. I'm at my wit's end and could really use some help!

Have you checked out the parental controls specific to Minecraft? There's a guide on their website that goes through the settings you need to adjust to allow online play. It might be worth a look just in case you missed something!
I totally understand your pain. I've had my fair share of headaches with Microsoft Family accounts. When my son was younger, I set up restrictions and now that he's an adult, trying to remove those has been a nightmare. It's like the system loops around and won't actually remove the settings. Support was no help either; it's super annoying!
Exactly! Changing the date of birth didn't help either. I just wasted a bunch of money on this. Thanks, Microsoft!

I already did that, but it’s still not working. Frustrating!
