I have an RTX 3080 graphics card and I'm trying to run four monitors simultaneously. However, I'm facing a problem where one monitor, usually the Philips Momentum 279M1RV, often shuts off when all four are connected. I've already experimented with several high-quality cables, including the original ones that came with the monitors, but the issue continues to occur.
Here's my setup:
- AOC Agon Pro AG276UZD – a 27" 4K 240Hz QD OLED connected via DisplayPort
- Philips Momentum 279M1RV – a 27" 4K 120Hz also via DisplayPort
- A BenQ coding monitor – a 24" 1440p 60Hz connected via DisplayPort
- A 16" 4K portable monitor using HDMI
All monitors are directly connected to the GPU (3 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI). My CPU is a Ryzen 5600X, so there's no integrated graphics to help with the load.
I've already tried various troubleshooting steps, like swapping cables between monitors, using the original cables from each monitor, trying different high-quality DisplayPort cables, and even lowering the refresh rates. Interestingly, the problem always seems to involve the Philips monitor, since all three other monitors work fine together in any combination.
Could this be due to a bandwidth limitation, a driver issue, or something else altogether?

Hey! Have you checked how you're setting the display resolutions? Sometimes they can be set as either PC or TV outputs, which might cause issues. You can do this through your Windows display settings. Let me know if you're seeing this option or if I can help you find it!

I don’t really get what you mean about PC or TV options. I thought there was just the standard Windows display settings. Can you clarify what I should look for?
