Help! I Accidentally Messed Up PowerShell with a Debloating Tool – How Can I Fix It?

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a bind here. A couple of years ago, I used a debloating tool on my system, but I've forgotten which one it was. Now, I need to use PowerShell to fix an ongoing issue with the Xbox app that won't update. The problem is, I can't even launch PowerShell because I think it's been disabled by that tool, possibly along with some registry entries. I can still access the command prompt as an administrator, but I've tried reinstalling through the features option in Windows 11, and that hasn't worked. Any suggestions on how to get PowerShell running again?
