I recently upgraded from a GTX 1660 Super to an RTX 5060, and I'm starting to think my Ryzen 5 5600 is limiting its performance. In most games, like Elden Ring Nightreign at max settings in 1080p, I'm only seeing my GPU utilization at around 40% to 50%, occasionally reaching 60% to 75% in better scenarios. Even when I switch to low settings, I'm only gaining about 6 FPS at most. I know Arc Raiders is a multiplayer game and might be a bit different, but I'm wondering if this might be a driver issue since I've seen mixed opinions on how well the Ryzen 5 5600 can pair with an RTX 5060. I've already tested several driver versions, the latest being 591.44, 581.94, and 581.80, but haven't found any improvements. Any advice or insights would be really helpful!

Elden Ring is definitely a CPU-heavy game, especially at 1080p. It's pretty common to see lower GPU usage in these scenarios as the CPU struggles to keep up. Just keep in mind that CPU bottlenecks show up more noticeably at lower resolutions like 1080p compared to 2K or 4K where the GPU shines.
First off, check if your CPU utilization is close to 100%. If it is, that’s a sign of a bottleneck. Some of the games can really skew usage between CPU and GPU, especially at different settings.

After testing on Tarkov Arena, my CPU and GPU usage were around 50% to 55%. Elden Ring Nightreign had similar numbers, maybe slightly higher, and in Arc Raiders, my CPU hit 75%-80% while the GPU stayed at 50%-55%, even on epic settings.
