Hey everyone! I recently built a new PC that POSTs without any issues, but I'm stuck at the boot screen since I can't get any video output to show on my monitors. I've tried a bunch of different things, like using multiple HDMI and DisplayPort cables, testing all the GPU ports, and trying both 1080p and 1440p monitors, as well as an old TV. I've even attempted using just one RAM stick, reseating RAM, and clearing the CMOS, but nothing seems to make a difference.
Here are the specs of my build:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- Motherboard: MSI B850 Gaming Plus WiFi
- GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 9070 XT
- RAM: Acer Pallas II 32GB DDR5 6000
- Storage: KC3000 NVMe
I'm starting to wonder if the BIOS is configured to output UEFI/GOP in a way that my displays can't show, which I've heard can be a problem with some MSI AM5 boards until they receive a BIOS update. I'm a bit apprehensive about doing a USB BIOS Flashback, but I really can't think of anything else since the system POSTs perfectly but displays nothing. Does this seem like a BIOS issue to you all? Is there anything else I should try before I attempt flashing? Thanks a ton for any advice!

Just to be sure, do you know which key you need to press to access the BIOS? I've heard it's usually the DEL key, but if nothing appears on the screen at all, it could be a different issue.
Have you tried connecting your monitor directly to the motherboard's HDMI port instead of using the graphics card? Sometimes it can show a basic display if the GPU isn't passing through right.

I thought it was the DEL key too, but I’ve tried all the common ones. It’s so frustrating - no BIOS screen at all, just a black display!
