I'm in a bit of a financial pinch, but I'm really eager to get a PC. I don't consider myself an expert, but I know some basics. I'm not quite sure how much money I need to save, and I'm open to buying second-hand parts. My goal is to play games like Valorant, Red Dead Redemption 2, and CS2. If there's a minimum budget to run these games, I'd love to hear it. I'm located in Portugal (using euros) and I hope I'm making sense here!

You can find a decent used PC for around €200-300 that should run some games, but probably at low settings. If you increase your budget to about €500, you'll get a much better performance. For around €800 and up, you could even consider building your own PC with new parts that can run games smoothly.
So, if I go for around €700, will that handle the games well?
