My Monitors Go Black After Enabling Secure Boot, What Can I Do?

I'm having a frustrating issue. After I enabled secure boot on my MSI z490-A pro motherboard, both my monitors went completely black. I've attempted to reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery. The first time I left it out for about 20 minutes, but it didn't help, so I tried again and left it out for 2 hours. The computer seems to power on and off like it's resetting, but still no display. I'm unsure of what to try next and feel like there must be an easy solution that I'm just missing.

When you enabled secure boot in your BIOS, did you deal with the keys at all? If you updated them, you might need to reinstall Windows. Check to see if the keys are installed; if you removed them without putting the factory keys back, that could be why your PC isn't booting up.

I don’t think I updated them… but how am I supposed to reinstall Windows when I can't even see anything on the screen or get into the BIOS?
