I created my Apple account back in 2004 or 2005 when I bought a used iPod. Since then, my account has been pretty much dormant. Recently, my account got hacked, and I received a notification about a password change. However, I'm having a tough time recovering my account because I can't answer the security questions, which are in Chinese. The issue is that these security questions were never actually set by me since they weren't even part of the account creation process back then. I can reset my password via email, but the security questions keep blocking me. If I click on the option to reset the security questions, it ironically asks me for answers I can't provide. To make matters worse, I've been trying to contact support for years, and they've consistently told me I'm out of luck because I can't answer those questions. Now, I tried reaching out again, but it seems I can only do that by logging in, which requires answering those same questions. Is there any other way to recover my account?

Have you tried logging into account.apple.com directly? If it still asks for the security questions, then unfortunately it seems you’re stuck. Apple used to allow logging in without those questions a while back, but they changed that policy. It’s frustrating, I get it. You might want to keep checking for changes in their recovery options in case they update their procedures.
Unfortunately, it sounds like Apple Support's hands are tied here. If you can't change the security questions through the website, it looks like you might be out of options. Once security questions are set, they're pretty strict about that. You might want to consider if there's any chance you could access an old device that was signed into your account. That could allow you to enable two-factor authentication or regain access. As for creating a new account with the same email, it’s typically not allowed; Apple tries to prevent duplicate accounts with the same email address.
