I've noticed that the performance of my PC has been declining over the past year. Initially, my 3DMark scores were in the range of 6700-6800, but now they've dropped to around 6200-6300. I'm looking for advice on how to improve the performance and wondering if this kind of decrease is normal. Here are my specs:
- GPU: RTX 4080S
- CPU: Ryzen 7800x3d
- RAM: 32GB, DDR5, 6400MHz
- Motherboard: ASUS B650-PLUS WIFI
- Storage: WD Black SN850X 4TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD

Have you checked your CPU and GPU temperatures during the tests? High temperatures can lead to throttling which might be affecting your scores. Also, try using CPU-Z to check the Uncore frequency in the Memory tab. If it's sitting at 1600 MHz, that could indicate an issue with your RAM running too fast.

My CPU temp is around 55°C and my GPU temps are between 77°C to 81°C. I checked CPU-Z, but it doesn't show anything in the Uncore tab. The memory controller tab shows 1600MHz.
