I downloaded a ZIP file that I know is safe, but my Windows laptop is warning me that it could be harmful, and I can't open it. It only gives me an option to confirm that I want to close the warning. Is there a way to access the contents of this file?

You can try right-clicking on the ZIP file and selecting 'Properties.' In the General tab, look for a 'Security' section where you might find an 'Unblock' option. If you see it, check that box and hit apply. That should help you open it!

I checked but I didn't see an unblock option. I only see permissions for SYSTEM and user names. Any advice on what to do next?
