I've recently bought three different 2TB SSD drives, but they all failed shortly after using them on two different PCs. The first was a Kingston SSD, which worked initially but then ended up being marked as 'Bad Disk' by Partition Wizard the next day. I returned that one, but then one of my old 1TB Adata drives also died around the same time, prompting me to get three new WDC 2TB SSDs online. After installing them, mine failed after just a couple of days with a long POST time, and my brother's drive stopped working just hours after using it, also showing a disk write error. I've tried several partition schemes, but they all seem to fail after varying usage periods—from one hour to a day. I'm starting to wonder if I'm having an incredibly bad streak of luck or if I might be missing something crucial in the setup. What do you think?

It sounds like a frustrating situation! First off, are both PCs well-maintained and free from dust or heat issues? Sometimes, overheating can lead to drive failures. Also, double-check that the BIOS is up-to-date and that the hard drives are seated and connected properly.
You might want to consider the possibility of getting counterfeit drives, especially if the prices were unusually low. Verify the serial numbers on the drives through the manufacturer's website to ensure authenticity. Also, running health checks on the drives could give you more insight into their condition before they fail completely.
I hadn't thought about that! I did buy them online but thought I was getting a good deal. I'll check the serial numbers and see what I find!

Good point about overheating! I also wonder whether the power supply in both PCs is stable. Maybe using a higher-quality power supply or adding a UPS could help.
