I recently built a new PC and set everything up with WiFi, but I'm having trouble with the Bluetooth. It's not giving me a "couldn't connect" message; instead, it's stuck on the "add a device" screen. I've already installed the Bluetooth drivers, and I made sure to check the Bluetooth support service, but I feel stuck and don't know what to try next.

Does your WiFi card have Bluetooth capability? It’s important to check that you've installed both the driver and the Bluetooth software for it to work properly. That could be why you’re having trouble adding devices.
Is your PC able to detect the device you’re trying to add? If it’s not showing anything at all, that could indicate a deeper issue with Bluetooth availability.
