I recently purchased an XFX 9060 XT GPU, but I've been experiencing serious instability. After multiple restarts to regain a signal, I managed to fix some problems by updating the BIOS. However, I've now started to encounter a 'green screen' randomly, which seems to be happening more frequently. I can replicate this issue during stress tests using the AMD Adrenaline software. Here are my PC specs: XFX 9060 XT 16GB, Asus B660 Prime Plus D4 (BIOS updated), Intel i5-12400F, Be Quiet 650W 80+ Bronze PSU, G.Skill Aegis 32GB RAM (3200 MHz CL16), two SSDs and one HDD. I've tried various fixes, including Windows repair, reseating the GPU, testing different monitor cables and monitors, clearing CMOS, reseating RAM, disabling PCIe native power management in BIOS, switching PCIe x16 to Gen 4, disabling XMP, and running system scans from the command prompt. Windows Event Viewer is showing a warning about disk event ID 153 and WHEA event ID 17. I'm really in need of assistance with this!

Hey! What version of Windows are you using? Also, did you just switch from an Nvidia card? If so, you might want to use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). Boot into safe mode, remove all Nvidia software from your system through add/remove programs, and then run DDU to clean out any lingering drivers. After that, I'd suggest resetting your BIOS to factory settings just to ensure everything's lined up right.
Got it! You're on Windows 11, which is good to know. You mentioned that you’ve already uninstalled your previous drivers; that's smart. Did you reinstall the AMD drivers after using DDU? Sometimes a fresh installation helps things run smoother. Let me know if that works!
