I have a new iPhone, and I've taken all possible security measures to keep it safe after having a previous device that was compromised. However, I'm noticing something strange: whenever I take photos, one or two of them automatically get favorited, and I haven't even opened them. I thought this might be related to iCloud, so I deleted my iCloud account, but the issue is still happening. Can anyone explain why this is occurring on my new phone and who might be favoriting my photos?

I get where you're coming from, but honestly, this sounds like a tricky situation. There aren't any logs or internal data in iOS that show when a photo was favorited. It's not something you can easily diagnose, and since you can't prove it wasn't you, it makes it even harder to get to the bottom of this. I'm not sure what advice people can give that would be helpful here.
Have you changed your iCloud password recently? It's also a good idea to enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already. You might want to check your iCloud sessions for any unrecognized sign-ins, just to be safe!
Yeah, I deleted the iCloud account, so there's nothing left associated with it.
If I thought there was even a chance I could have done it, I wouldn't be asking! I know it wasn't me, and it's happened more than once. I'm just trying to figure out if my phone could be compromised again. How could that even happen after securing everything?
