We're a small business with about 90 users, and we started using ScreenConnect right before the pandemic for remote access. It was affordable and worked well initially, but lately, it's been running really slow. We've encountered issues like the service locking up on Windows 11 machines, leading to users logging into a black screen. I'm on the lookout for a similar remote access solution until we can upgrade our firewalls next year and implement a VPN.

I’ve been using ScreenConnect too and haven’t had issues. Are you on the on-prem or cloud version? Also, do you even have a VPN set up? That could really help the Zero Trust setup. Just trying to understand how you’re using it—are your users logging into their desktops or is it more for IT support?
