I have a unique situation where I manage a tenant that strictly prohibits external AI note takers. I've implemented security measures like captcha to enforce this. However, the owner of my organization, who operates in a different tenant, insists on using a specific AI note taker when he comes into my meetings. He refuses to adjust his setup to fit my tenant's configuration and wants to join as a guest, bringing his note taker along. Is there a way to permit just this particular app or its domain access to my tenant's meetings and bypass the captcha restrictions?

You could sanction the AI note taker but limit permissions to just that guest user in your environment. Have you checked if that's possible?
What if you set up a local account in your tenant for him that auto-joins the meetings? That might integrate better with his app.
I considered this but it complicates things. I’d need admin permissions to authenticate the app for my entire org, and it would require managing a dedicated machine with his credentials, including 2FA.
Have you thought about giving him a Teams premium license? That way, he can use the built-in note-taking features without relying on the external tool.
I tried that, but it doesn't sync with the AI tool he prefers. He’s pretty set on using that specific app.

That sounds promising! But I’m not sure how to go about it. Do you know where I can find a guide? It seems like this note taker operates as a third party and wouldn't even register as a guest without significant adjustments.
