Before trying any resets, confirm that you actually have a Trojan. Run Windows Defender and see what it says. If you've already scanned and know the specific Trojans, like Trojan:Win64/SalatStealerIMTB, then you might not need to reset; just scan and remove it directly!
First off, make sure to back up your data! Grab an 8GB USB stick and use it to create a Windows installer. Also, download your network drivers onto the stick. Boot from that installer, wipe all partitions, and then reinstall Windows on the unallocated space. Once that's done, you can restore your data and apps, but be careful to install the network drivers if Windows doesn't do it automatically. And don't forget to change all your passwords after you get things sorted!
