Help! My New M.2 SSD Won’t Show Up in My PC

I recently bought a Teamgroup MP33 M.2 SSD (PCIe Gen3 x4) and installed it in my PC, but it's not showing up anywhere. I've checked the BIOS and Device Manager, but no luck. I even called a repair shop, and they said the SSD might be dead. I'm hoping to get some advice before I decide to return it. Can anyone help me out?

Have you checked Disk Management to see if the SSD is recognized there? If it shows up, make sure you have it partitioned.

I looked there and nothing showed up.

Hey! What’s the model number of your motherboard? Sometimes, M.2 slots don’t support NVMe drives. Checking your motherboard’s manual could reveal some compatibility issues or settings that need to be enabled.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC-Y1, but I’m not sure how to verify that.
