At first, it's manageable with just a few services and endpoints, but as the number of pods, deployments, and internal services increases, it becomes challenging to ensure everything stays aligned. I'm particularly interested in maintaining consistent response formats, error structures, naming conventions, versioning, and avoiding issues with "API drift" that can happen when teams deploy independently.
