Is my motherboard or CPU dead?

Hey everyone! I recently assembled a PC for my friend, but when I powered it on, it wouldn't boot at all. The only thing that lights up is the RGB on the RAM; there's no other sign of life. I've tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps from online sources, including testing the PSU with its tester and using my own power supply, but that didn't help. I even did a CMOS reset and attempted a manual BIOS flash via USB, but it just gives me five red blinks and nothing happens after that. I checked all the cable connections and even took the motherboard out of the case to try booting it outside with no success. I tried connecting the display directly to the motherboard and tested each RAM stick individually, but still nothing worked. I'm out of ideas at this point. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Also, just to mention, the PC was running fine before my friend transported it to our place. Here are the specs: MSI Tomahawk X670E WiFi motherboard, Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, 32GB 6400MHz RAM, RX 6950 XT GPU, and EVGA 1300G2 power supply with an Aerocool 360 AIO cooler.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS? Sometimes that can help kickstart things if the motherboard is being finicky. Just take out the battery and use the jumpers on the motherboard for a bit.

Yes, I did try resetting the CMOS by removing the battery and using the jumpers. No luck, though.
