Combining Old Parts for a New PC Build: Is It Feasible?

Hey everyone! I'm gearing up to build my first PC and I want to reuse a couple of parts from my old computer that's about 8 years old, specifically the PSU and GPU. I'm wondering if this will work out fine. Do you think I should consider upgrading my GPU, or is it good enough for what I plan to do? I mostly need it for general tasks and playing games like Dota, and I'm not really aiming for AAA titles.

It'll definitely work! But honestly, that 360mm AIO cooler seems like overkill for your setup. You can get away with a simpler air cooler for significantly less.

What’s your budget like, and what are your plans for gaming? The 1070 Ti is starting to show its age now. If you can, you might want to look into a newer GPU like the 3060 Ti or 6600 XT for better performance. Also, you might get more bang for your buck by getting a cheaper air cooler instead of splurging on overpriced components.
