I've recently switched back to Windows 11 for gaming, and I've noticed my PC shuts down after about 30-50 minutes when I'm playing. After running some tests, it seems to be related to my power supply unit (PSU). I'm wondering if I should undervolt my CPU and GPU to lower the load on the PSU. What do you think?

If you suspect your PSU is faulty, I wouldn't take any chances. It's a good idea to replace it because a malfunctioning PSU can pose a fire hazard. Also, make sure cooling is adequate; overheating can cause shutdowns too.
Even if you manage to undervolt, you’ll only save a small amount of power while sacrificing performance. If your PSU isn't up to the task, it's best to invest in a better one. However, I understand you might not be able to buy one right now, so maybe try lowering your graphics settings to reduce the strain on your GPU.
You might also want to adjust the graphics settings in your games. Reducing the load on your GPU could help prevent shutdowns, at least until you can get a new PSU.
I had similar issues like yours where my PC crashed during stress tests. I tried undervolting with Afterburner, but it didn't help. Eventually, I tested my PSU in a friend's setup, and it failed there too. I recommend getting a new PSU as it might be on its last legs, and you don't want to risk damaging other components.
Undervolting your CPU and GPU could help, but you’d need to do it significantly for it to make a difference. If your PSU can't handle the load even when your components are within threshold, it's probably time for a replacement.
