Why is my page file getting so huge?

During my recent live stream, I completely ran out of space on my C: Drive because my Windows page file ballooned to a whopping 78 Gigabytes. This isn't the first time it's happened. While I was streaming and recording on YouTube using OBS, I was also playing World of Warcraft Legion REMIX with the Brave Browser open. My system is fully updated, including the BIOS, drivers, and Windows itself. I have a 1TB M.2 NVME hard drive and 32GB of DDR4 RAM, of which only about 55% was in use at the time. This issue is really frustrating as it impacts my streaming performance. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

You can actually control how large your page file gets. I recommend manually setting it to 16GB for both the minimum and maximum size since you have 32GB of RAM. It should help prevent it from growing too large automatically. Here's a link on how to manage virtual memory in Windows: [link](https://www.windowscentral.com/software-apps/windows-11/how-to-manage-virtual-memory-on-windows-11).

I tried that method, but my OBS still crashes after about an hour or two when I limit the page file size. Not sure if that's just a coincidence or related.
