I'm in the process of building my first PC and I've got all my components lined up, but I'm missing a power supply. I'm really hesitant about picking the wrong one since it could damage my computer. These are the components I'm working with: Iceberg Turbo Z8 chassis with 5 included 120mm fans, Kingston Fury DDR4 RAM (16GB), AMD Ryzen 5 5600G CPU, MSI B550M PRO-VDH WiFi motherboard, a 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD for storage, and a 24" Full HD monitor. Can anyone recommend a reliable power supply brand or specifications I should look for?

Any ATX PSU in the range of 750W to 850W should be good to go, even though your current components won't draw anywhere near 200W. Just make sure it has a 5-year warranty at a minimum; 10 years would be even better!
Check your build on PCPartPicker! Since you don’t have a dedicated GPU, your CPU will probably pull a max of 150W. So theoretically, a 350W PSU could work, but I’d recommend getting a 500W or 550W one instead for future upgrades. Look for 80+ Gold or at least 80+ Bronze ratings. Brands like Corsair, EVGA, and SeaSonic are solid choices!
Same here! I had no idea about the modular vs. standard PSU options - that helps!
You can check out PCPartPicker to find the wattage you need for your setup. It's a good idea to add an extra 100 watts for some headroom, just in case. Look for a PSU that’s at least B or A tier for better quality if you can afford it!

Thanks for breaking that down! I was worried about choosing one that wouldn't fit my current or future needs.
