Troubleshooting My New PC That Won’t Boot

I'm having trouble getting my new PC to post, and I'm not sure where I'm going wrong. Here are my components: MSI Pro B650-S Wi-Fi, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, Radeon RX 9060 XT, and G.Skill Trident Z5 32 GB RAM. I've already reseated the CPU, GPU, and RAM, and I've double-checked all power connections to the motherboard.

Initially, the LED was red, which led me to reseat the CPU, after which it turned green, indicating a booting device issue. Now, when I turn on the PC, everything powers on, the LED debug light briefly turns white and then goes off, and while my monitor wakes up, it doesn't show any BIOS screen. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! I can provide more details if needed.

Have you tried removing the GPU and connecting the HDMI directly to the motherboard? If that doesn’t do anything, try using just one stick of RAM in different slots and see what happens.

Quick question: is your RAM 4x8GB? If so, keep in mind they usually need to be matched pairs. A mismatched pairing can cause boot issues. Just checking since you mentioned having two 16GB sticks instead.
