I recently came home to find that my Discord had sent scam links to many of my friends without me doing anything. A couple of days later, several of my accounts were breached. Here are my system specs: Ryzen 5 5500, RTX 4060, 512GB SATA SSD, 16GB of RAM, and a cheap internet stick. I'm wondering if I should factory reset my PC to resolve this.

In this situation, just factory resetting your PC might not be enough. It sounds like your accounts were compromised rather than your computer itself.
