Why is my PC build not performing well after upgrading to Intel Arc B580?

I've recently upgraded my gaming PC, but I'm experiencing issues and I'm not sure why. My build includes an Intel i7-10700KF CPU, Intel Arc B580 GPU, Gigabyte Z490M Gaming X motherboard, 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200MHz RAM, and a Corsair TX750M power supply. I previously had an RTX 2060 and noticed significant performance issues after switching to the Arc B580. Games are stuttering, and I'm facing frequent FPS drops, even in less demanding games like Fortnite. I have resizable bar enabled, which I read is crucial for the Arc B580. My main concern is whether my CPU might be bottlenecking the performance. Any insights or suggestions?

You might want to check your GPU usage with MSI Afterburner to see if your CPU is actually bottlenecking. And seriously, DDU is a must for a clean driver install. Did you use it?

I’ll check into that! I wasn't aware of DDU, just used the Intel driver software.

Just a heads up, is XMP enabled on your RAM? That's important for getting the full performance. What's the RAM's advertised rating by the way?

Yes, XMP is enabled. Just found the specs—Corsair DDR4 PC4-25600 (3200).

First off, what brand is your 750W power supply? Sometimes, the quality matters. Also, have you tried using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove your old drivers and reinstall the new ones? That can help.

It's a Corsair power supply.
