I have an important work-related issue with my iPhone right now. I just updated to the latest iOS because my workplace required it, and now my phone won't charge at all. It's currently sitting at 65%. I've already tried restarting it, using different charging cords, and switching USB plugs, but nothing has worked. I'm starting to wonder if the problem lies with the charging port or if it's a software glitch. Any advice would be really helpful!

What model of iPhone are you using? Have you tried wireless charging with it? Sometimes it can be a quick fix if the port is acting up.

I have the iPhone 14, and unfortunately, it doesn't support wireless charging. I've got an appointment at Best Buy tomorrow to get it checked out. It's frustrating since I need my phone for work, including 2FA for timesheets and everything!
