I recently built a new PC for my girlfriend, and I'm running into some serious issues with game crashes. To give you the full picture, here are the specs: AMD Ryzen 5 7600x, Arctic Liquid Freezer Pro 3, MSI Gaming B650-P WiFi, Radeon 9060 XFX, 32GB Trident RAM, Kingston NV3 1TB, and Corsair SF1000. I initially had trouble installing the drivers, so I took it to an IT shop where they claimed to have installed everything and stress tested it. However, the games still won't run at my place. They worked perfectly fine at my IT friend's house; he even played them while I watched and sent me videos. But the moment I brought it back home, the problems started. I've tried switching to a Wi-Fi 6 router, but that didn't help. I am currently running tests using OCCT on Steam, as suggested. ARC Raiders won't even launch, and Marvel Rivals crashes after one or two games (always on the third). Steam won't let me stop the games when they crash, forcing me to restart my PC. I've also cleared the cache and verified the game files. The PC is hardwired, but I tried Wi-Fi and still had full bars. I've switched outlets too, but that hasn't worked either. Any suggestions?

It’s odd that ARC Raiders doesn't open at all yet works fine at your friend’s place. Since he didn't change any software, it might be a power issue. Have you thought about getting a UPS to stabilize the power supply at home? Just to be safe!
Running tests on OCCT is a good call! It could help pinpoint overheating or stability issues too. Make sure everything’s connected properly inside the case, especially the power connectors to the motherboard.
Since the power supply test on OCCT didn't show errors, then it might be something else. Have you checked if all your drivers are up to date? Sometimes specific game updates clash with older versions.

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) can help protect your PC from power fluctuations that might be affecting performance. It’s worth considering if you’re dealing with erratic power in your home.
