Hey everyone! I'm building my first PC and I'm torn between getting the RX 6800XT or the RX 9060XT, both 16GB models. I've got a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. I've read that many people wouldn't trade their 6800XT for the 9060XT since performance-wise, they look pretty similar based on benchmark videos. However, I'm wondering if the 6800XT is still worth it now in 2025. The 9060XT has newer features, is more power-efficient, and might be more future-proof. Plus, it's only about $40 more—though I wouldn't consider spending over $100 for a difference. I'd really appreciate your advice on what to go for!

I'd lean towards the 9060XT too. One of the big advantages is FSR Redstone (FSR4), which might not come to the 6800XT since it's in maintenance mode, so you'd likely get worse performance.
No question, just get the 9060XT. It's clearly a better choice!
Definitely go for the 9060XT! The 6800XT is a bit dated now—it's four years and two generations old. Plus, AMD has been a bit unreliable with long-term driver support lately.
For that price, just snag the newer card. The 6800XT might have the edge in some performance metrics, but overall, the 9060XT is the better option these days.
Consider the 9070 if you can, but it's probably too pricey for your build at the moment.
