I'm looking for advice on what components I should focus on upgrading first to get the best value. Should it be my GPU or CPU? I'm also considering whether I need a new motherboard to support the latest tech. I have an initial budget of around $500-$600, but I'm willing to stretch that to about $1000 if necessary.
