I'm in the market for a new CPU and I'm torn between getting a used 7600X3D, which is 30 days old and comes with a warranty, and a brand new 9600X, both priced at €200. My current setup has a 9070 XT GPU and a 21:9 1440p monitor running at 180Hz. I plan on using the CPU for 1-2 years until I can upgrade to the upcoming ZEN 6 X3D flagship. Given that the performance of these CPUs is quite similar, what would you recommend for my gaming needs?
