Help! My PC Keeps Losing Connection to the Monitor—Any Fixes?

Hey everyone! I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I'm pretty new to PCs, so please bear with me if I mess up the terms. I bought my PC a couple of weeks ago, and it was working great until I accidentally changed some settings for the CPU fan in the BIOS. Now, my PC keeps losing connection to the monitor, and the only way to fix it is by restarting, which only works half the time. This has been happening since yesterday, and I'm at my wit's end. I've looked for solutions online, but nothing seems to work for good. I've tried editing the registry, resetting the CMOS battery, cleaning the RAM sticks, and checking the NVME and cables. I'm genuinely confused and frustrated because I don't know what's wrong. Here are my specs: MSI A320M-A PRO MAX, Ryzen 3 3200g, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and a 450W Corsair PSU. Any advice would be super appreciated!

Have you tried using a different display cable, like a new HDMI or DisplayPort? This can sometimes solve connection issues with monitors.

I haven't tried that yet, but funny enough, all my USB ports stop working too, except for the ones on my PC. So maybe it’s not just the cable issue.
