Looking for an Energy-Efficient Passive GPU for My Linux Server

Hey everyone! I'm running a small home server for various services like backups, Nextcloud, Home Assistant, and Plex, which is also connected to my TV. I recently switched from an old passively cooled GPU to a Radeon HD 5870, but it's way too power-hungry for what I need. I'm currently on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and searching for a GPU that consumes minimal power, has HDMI (preferably DisplayPort too), supports Audio Return Channel (ARC), and is compatible with my setup. Ideally, I prefer AMD GPUs to avoid dealing with NVIDIA drivers, but I'm open to NVIDIA options if they work best. Unfortunately, I messed up my CPU choice and got an Intel i3-13100F, which doesn't support integrated graphics. A used GPU would be fine as long as it's affordable and efficient. Just for context, the mobo I have is an ASRock B660M Pro RS, and I'm located in Finland. Thanks for any suggestions!

You might want to consider getting the AMD Ryzen 5600G with a B450M or B550M motherboard instead. It has integrated graphics that should meet your needs without the hassle of a separate GPU. But if you're trying to stick with your current setup, a cheaper alternative might be to look for a used graphics card like the GeForce GT 710, which is known for being energy efficient. Just keep in mind that its support is dwindling and might not last long term, especially if you rely on proprietary drivers.

Yeah, my server is over a year old, so returning parts isn’t an option for me either.
