I'm experiencing stuttering issues across all my games, even the less resource-intensive ones. I recently upgraded my GPU from a 3050 to a 5060, but I had similar problems earlier this year when I tried switching to a 4060. At that point, I thought it was a GPU issue, but it clearly isn't since the stuttering continues. Here are my current specs:
- CPU: Intel i5-12400F
- GPU: MSI Shadow 5060 8GB OC
- Motherboard: Pro H610M-E DDR4
- Storage: 500GB NVME SSD + 500GB SATA SSD
- RAM: 16GB 3200MHz
- PSU: 650W
I've tried various troubleshooting steps, such as disabling the resizeable bar in BIOS, changing PCIE generation settings, enabling and disabling HAGS, running OCCT tests, and reinstalling Windows twice, along with using DDU for driver clean installation. I've also repaired the network driver and adjusted power plans, but nothing seems to help. My temps look normal according to HWinfo. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

First off, try updating your motherboard BIOS and GPU drivers again using DDU for a clean installation. Don't forget to connect your monitor directly to the GPU via DisplayPort, not the motherboard. Also, double-check your RAM speed in BIOS to ensure it's set to the maximum.

I updated the BIOS and used DDU already, and my RAM is at 3200, which is the max for my system. The stuttering is still happening, so I'm not sure what else to try.
