Hey everyone! I just built my first PC, but I've realized it's a bit late, and I don't have a 32GB USB drive right now to install Windows. I'm planning to order one for tomorrow, but I was curious if I can boot up my PC without having Windows installed, just to access the BIOS and check if everything is functioning properly. Any advice would be great!

Absolutely, you can boot your PC without an operating system and still access the BIOS. It won’t cause any issues at all! Just power it on, and you'll be able to enter the BIOS to make sure everything is working as it should.
Yeah, you can definitely boot it up without an OS. Just make sure you power it off properly when you're done checking things in BIOS. There won’t be any severe consequences from doing that!
