I'm in a bit of a dilemma and would really appreciate some advice. I'm trying to decide between the 7900 XTX and the 9070 XT for my next build. Price isn't an issue for me; I just want to know which one is better overall. Thanks for your insights!

The 7900 XTX is about 5% faster in traditional gaming but lags behind in ray tracing by around 20%. The 9070 XT excels with its superior upscaling capabilities, making it a solid choice overall in my opinion.
It really depends on what you're planning to do. If you're into AI work or gaming at 4K, go for the 7900 XTX. But if not, the 9070 XT is better thanks to its FSR4 support.
Thanks, everyone, for your help! I'm leaning towards the 9070 XT since I'm upgrading from a 3060 with 8GB. I also use a 3050 laptop for streaming, so it seems like a good fit!
As a current owner of the 7900 XTX, I suggest going with the 9070 XT. The lack of FSR4 on the 7900 XTX can be a downer.
While the 7900 XTX is faster and has more VRAM, I'd still lean towards the 9070 XT unless you really need more than 16GB of VRAM. It performs better in various scenarios.
