Hey everyone! I've got an old pre-built PC from quarantine, and I'm eager to get back into gaming, but I might need some upgrades. I'm considering building a new one from scratch. I've found a bundle on Micro Center that includes the AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D, an Asus B850 Plus TUF WiFi motherboard, and 16GB of G.Skill Flare X5 RAM for around $420. Alternatively, there's another deal for the same CPU with 32GB of DDR5 RAM for $400, but I'd have to source my own motherboard. I'm aiming to keep my total spending around $800 and am looking for suggestions on the remaining components. I plan to use this setup primarily for games like Siege, Fortnite, and Valorant. Since I have a Micro Center nearby, I can easily access parts, but I'm not looking to buy used components. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If you’re sticking to your budget, I’d say the bundle you mentioned is solid. The 7600X3D is great for gaming, but if you want to save a bit, maybe look into a cheaper CPU option or just get the RAM that fits your needs. For the rest, I recommend checking out a decent GPU, as that's crucial for gaming performance. A GTX 1660 or RX 6600 could fit your budget well. Just make sure to calculate everything to see if it stays within $800.
Just to clarify, is your $800 budget meant for the whole system or just additional parts?

I was thinking of the whole PC, but if it goes over, I might consider cheaper alternatives instead of the 7600X3D.
